No One Knows Enough to Worry
What do we do when we choose to worry? When we choose to worry, we choose to pitch our brain into the future while saying, “I know the next five minutes, or the next five days, or five months from now, or a year from now, is going to be b-a-a-d. It’s going to be terrible. Things never get better, only worse for me. I know it’s going to be bad.”
No one knows that!
You don’t know what’s going to happen in the next five minutes, five days, five months, or five years. What we do know is this: We cannot predict the future, but we can create it by our moment-to-moment, actions.
