Work Is Wonderful Therapy
Many in America have forgotten that truth, because they’ve stopped working once they got a job. So, if you’re lonely, work. If you’re depressed, work. If you’re anxious, work. If you’re lazy, work. Work elevates you with a sense of productivity and usefulness and gives you a sense of significance.
Commenting upon the lives of centenarians around the world, Time reporter Alice Parks, said, “They use their bodies as they were designed: for walking, for working, for being fed from the earth’s natural bounty.”
Plan so much challenging work that there’s just no time to die and no regret when you do.
