W. NEIL GALLAGHER, PH.D
President and CEO
With over 20 years of experience guiding hardworking people toward retirement, Neil’s goal is to help others take responsibility for their financial future. His life’s passion is to help others retire safe, early and happy.
A former instructor at Texas Christian University, Neil holds a PhD from Brown University. As a financial journalist, he has authored 70 professional and popular articles and four books.
In addition to his duties with the Gallagher Financial Group, Inc., he also hosts a radio program and presents numerous financial strategies to organizations ranging from the Zig Ziglar Corporation to Hitachi Corp.
In his spare time, Neil is an avid runner, having completed the New York City Marathon and many other races.
MATTHEW GALLAGHER, CFP®
Certified Financial Planner Practioner
Growing up, one of Matthew’s first jobs was working in the office of the family business where he witnessed his father creating lasting relationships with individuals and making an impact in their lives-he knew he wanted to follow in his footsteps while honoring God at the same time.
As a Certified Financial Planner®, Matthew knows everyone has unique dreams and goals for the future. By getting to know you and your family, he serves as a financial guide who strives to keep your best interest close to heart. He leverages years of experience to provide his clients with all-encompassing financial planning along with a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Southern Methodist University and a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame.
When not meeting with clients, Matthew spends quality time with his wife Erica, their sons, Jaden and Jensen and their four-legged friend, Hailee. He is also heavily involved in Gateway Church, the local community and served five years on the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Chamber Board of Directors.

As an independent investment educator, Jackie is driven to help people achieve their goals while providing the tools necessary to empower them to make important life decisions. She specializes in helping women with their unique financial needs during challenging times.
Jackie came to the Gallagher Financial Group after working for 20 years in customer service and management for one of the fastest growing new-home construction companies in the metroplex, giving her a deep motivation for exceptional customer service.
A single mom, Jackie loves spending time with her 23-year-old daughter. She stays active in the many activities that her daughter and friends are involved with. When time allows, she enjoys gardening, road trips, and caring for her rescued lab and kitties.
Marketing Director for The Gallagher Group
Rosie had to work hard to learn all banking regulations and took many of the classes offered. Working from a teller, teller supervisor, new account, accounts supervisor administrator, and a lending officer, she became the first Hispanic Marketing Director. After many years she took time off to help with her grandchildren that she truly loves and can’t spend enough time with. She has had two daughters that have graduated with honors from college, and her youngest is in high school.
Rosie went to work for Allied Barton Security as Administrator for Head of Security at Nokia in Alliance. During her time at Nokia, she studied to receive her Non-Commissioned Security License.

To follow her true talents for Marketing, Rosie joined The Gallagher Group. She is also fluent in Spanish and is ready to assist companies with Spanish speaking clients.
Donna joined Southwestern Bell Company and worked in their customer service department for thirty-two years. Upon retirement, she managed a local service business assisting their customers, business and individuals, with daily and holiday tasks. After three years she was blessed to have the opportunity to work for Doc and The Gallagher Group.
She loves to help people and believes that customer service should be number one within any successful organization. This company allows her to convey that.
Donna has two wonderful sons, a dog named Gretchen and a parakeet named Woodstock.
Her favorite things are her home, being involved with her sons and their friends, reading and learning all about the financial industry. She says “I am proud to be a Gallagher employee!”
Crystal has over 30 year’s experience in the Financial industry. Her career started with Chrysler Financial in the Dealer Credit department and eventually went on to the Escrow industry as an Accounting Manager for a large Southern California Escrow Co. She started working for Gallagher Financial Group in 2014.
Crystal was born in Oklahoma and grew up on her Grandmother’s Farm as a child, and eventually moved to Southern California and lived in the Beach Cities of Orange County. She loves to ride horses and enjoys going to Rodeos. Crystal has to adult children and one grandchild whom she enjoys spending quality time with. I enjoy working with an amazing Team at GFG.
